KIDS PROGRAM

AGES 5-12 & 7-12

Our Kids Program combines Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to give children a well-rounded foundation in fitness, discipline, and confidence. Kids Boxing focuses on striking techniques, footwork, and coordination. It’s a high-energy workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, agility, and overall endurance. Through pad work and drills, kids develop speed, reflexes, and strong motor skills while building confidence in a fun, structured environment. Kids BJJ is a grappling-based martial art that emphasises technique, balance, and control. It enhances flexibility, body awareness, and problem-solving skills as kids learn how to use leverage rather than strength. BJJ also promotes patience, resilience, and calmness under pressure.

Together, boxing and BJJ complement each other—boxing builds explosive fitness and coordination, while BJJ develops strength, mobility, and mental focus—creating a balanced approach to both physical and personal growth.

KIDS BOXING

Kids Boxing (Ages 5–12): Running on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30PM, our boxing classes introduce young students to proper technique, footwork, and fitness in a safe, structured setting. Sessions are energetic and engaging, helping kids improve coordination, focus, and overall fitness while having fun

KIDS BJJ

Kids BJJ (Ages 7–12): Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30PM, and Saturdays at 10:00AM, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on technique, problem-solving, and controlled sparring. Kids will learn the fundamentals of grappling while developing resilience, respect, and teamwork.

BOXING

STRUCTURED PATHWAY FOR ALL LEVELS

We have five types of boxing classes to cover all levels of experience. At noon on weekdays, we have Boxing (All Levels): A balanced class covering fundamentals, technique, conditioning, and partner drills. Suitable for anyone looking to build or refine their boxing skills. Our two beginner-friendly classes are Pads & Bags and Beginner Boxing. We also have advanced classes (sparring and advanced boxing) on weekday evenings for those looking to sharpen their existing skillset and learn more advanced boxing techniques. Our Kids Program is designed to build confidence, discipline, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. We offer both Kids Boxing and Kids BJJ, open to 5-12 year olds and 7-12 year olds respectively.

BEGINNER

Beginner Boxing is designed exclusively for newcomers. This class introduces the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment—perfect for building confidence and proper technique from the ground up. Pads & Bags is also beginner-friendly, focusing on partner padwork drills. This class introduces the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment—perfect for building confidence and proper technique from the ground up.

Elite program

On weekdays at 8.30pm, we have two types of boxing classes. Advanced Boxing: For experienced practitioners ready to elevate their skills, with a stronger emphasis on technical refinement, ring strategy, and higher-intensity drills. Sparring Boxing: A dedicated 1-hour sparring session for those looking to apply techniques in live rounds, gain ring experience, and improve timing, defence, and composure under pressure.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

bjj for all levels

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Program is designed to support students at every stage, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Gi & No-Gi Basics: Beginner-friendly classes that focus on fundamental techniques, positions, and movement. Perfect for those new to BJJ, with a strong emphasis on building a solid foundation in a supportive environment. Intermediate Classes (e.g. No-Gi Leglocks): For students with some experience, these classes dive deeper into specific areas of the game, such as leg lock systems, transitions, and positional control, helping you expand your technical repertoire. Gi & No-Gi Advanced: High-level classes tailored for experienced practitioners, focusing on advanced techniques, strategy, and live sparring. Ideal for those looking to refine their game and perform at a competitive level.

Gi

Practiced wearing the traditional kimono (gi), this style allows you to grip your opponent’s collar, sleeves, and pants. It tends to be more methodical and technical, with an emphasis on control, grip fighting, and positional strategy. The gi also slows the pace slightly, giving more time to think through movements and setups. Gi classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

No-gi

Done in rashguards and shorts (or whatever you're comfortable wearing), No-Gi removes the ability to grip clothing, so control relies more on body positioning, underhooks, and speed. It’s generally faster-paced and more dynamic, with a greater emphasis on scrambles, athleticism, and transitions. We offer basics and advanced Nogi classes on weekdays, during noon and evening time.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

well-rounded combat sports training

Our MMA Program blends striking and grappling into a well-rounded training experience, helping students develop complete mixed martial arts skills. Classes are split across the week, with a focus on striking techniques on one day and grappling on the other. This structured approach allows students to build proficiency in both disciplines, while understanding how to seamlessly combine them in a real MMA setting. Suitable for all levels, the program emphasises technique, conditioning, and practical application in a supportive environment.

Striking

Striking refers to techniques used at distance using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. It focuses on timing, footwork, distance management, and combinations. The goal is to land effective attacks while defending against incoming strikes, often ending exchanges quickly or setting up follow-up opportunities.

Grappling

Grappling involves controlling an opponent through clinches, takedowns, and ground fighting. It includes wrestling-style control as well as submissions like chokes and joint locks. The focus is on position, leverage, and control, whether standing in the clinch or on the ground.

WRESTLING

leave it all on the mat

Our Folkstyle Wrestling classes focus on control, positioning, and relentless pressure—key elements of a strong grappling foundation. Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, these sessions cover takedowns, rides, escapes, and top control, with an emphasis on technique, conditioning, and live drills. Suitable for all levels, the classes help build strength, balance, and mental toughness while sharpening practical wrestling skills for both competition and overall grappling development.
